Design and implement GIS Application Servers such as ArcGIS Server or GeoServer that serve GIS data to web, mobile, and desktop clients.
We also design and implement Spatial Database Management Systems such as ArcSDE or PostGIS that store are retrieve spatial data in a multi-user environment.
We co-develop projects with other groups on campus including the ART Lab, the AZ Remote Sensing Center and the UA-GIS Center for Excellence.
